Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

We currently ship primarily within the United States using USPS or another appropriate carrier depending on package size, weight, and destination.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Combined Shipping

When multiple items are purchased together, we may combine them into one shipment whenever practical.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by 3MMX.

Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer may require additional shipping charges if the package is returned and must be shipped again.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and item.

If tracking shows a shipment as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.
